30 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training: Embodied Deep Rest
APrIL 2027 (DATES TBC) - THE YOGA CLUB BILLERICAY, ESSEX
Rest is our most natural state, and yet for bodies and nervous systems shaped by years of doing and pushing through, genuine rest can feel surprisingly challenging.
This 4-day training offers a deep, experiential dive into the art and science of deep and conscious rest. Exploring not just how to rest, but why it can feel so elusive and how to create the conditions that allow it to genuinely emerge.
Through practice, reflection and honest self-enquiry, you'll develop an embodied understanding of restorative practice that feels authentic, adaptable and deeply supportive- both for yourself and for those you share it with.
