I’m Emily. I’m a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and event facilitator.
For years, I outwardly looked like I was thriving. Internally, I was overwhelmed. Running on fumes, always chasing the next thing that might make me feel “better.” For a long time, I was genuinely afraid that if I slowed down, everything would fall apart.
I existed on the edges of burnout, held in a constant state of mild tension.
Exhausted but still pushing through.
Disconnected from my body, yet trying to “fix” it by doing even more.
Eventually, my body called time on the constant doing.

However, through movement, rest, and a healthy dose of learned self-compassion, I began to understand and honour the body’s innate wisdom and its natural energetic rhythms.
The modern world often rewards us for pushing past our edges and quietly teaches us to ignore our own internal landscape - but it’s possible to relearn that language, slowly, simply, and with support.
Today, I move through life very differently.
What I share:
I help the tired- but - wired, at capacity deep feelers find space to meet life with more presence, and ease.
Blending ancient wisdom with a contemporary understanding of the human body.
I’m deeply interested in nervous system science, and that curiosity informs everything I share: yoga, movement, sound and meditation.
